Complimentary cleaning
Bring your jewel in for professional ultrasonic cleaning and polishing to restore its original fire and shine.
Prong & setting checks
We inspect and tighten settings, clasps and prongs at no charge to keep your diamonds secure and comfortable.
One complimentary resizing
Eligible rings may be resized once within 30 days of delivery. Eternity and tension-set styles excluded.

How to care for your diamonds
Store with care
Keep each piece in its original Dream Aura box or a soft pouch. Store separately so diamonds do not scratch other jewels.
Avoid chemicals & water
Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, cleaning or applying perfumes and lotions. Chlorine and abrasives can dull metals and stones.
Put it on last
Make jewelry the final touch after makeup, hairspray and fragrance. This preserves the metal's lustre and the stone's brilliance.
Clean gently at home
Soak in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, then brush softly with a clean toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

- Normal wear such as scratches, thinning bands or discolouration over time
- Engraved, personalised, bespoke or made-to-order commissions
- Pierced earrings worn or altered for hygiene reasons

How do I start a warranty claim?
Email care@dreamauradiamonds.com with your order number and clear photos of the piece. We respond within 24 business hours and arrange insured return shipping if needed.
Is there a cost for lifetime care services?
Cleaning, polishing and prong checks are complimentary. Repairs from wear or accidental damage are quoted before any work begins.
Can I bring my jewelry to a local jeweller for repair?
We recommend returning the piece to Dream Aura to preserve your warranty. Third-party repairs or alterations may void coverage.
How often should I have my jewelry inspected?
For pieces worn daily, we suggest a professional inspection every 12 months. Occasion pieces benefit from a check before each wear.
