Store each piece separately in its Dream Aura pouch or a lined compartment box, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Chains should be clasped and laid flat to prevent tangling and kinks.

Plated finishes are surface-thin. Keep them away from water, friction and chemicals, wipe after wear with a dry cloth, and never use polishing compounds or ultrasonic cleaners on them.

Almost always it is skin oil and product film on the pavilion, not the stone. A warm soapy soak restores the brilliance; if it persists, send it in for inspection in case a stone has loosened.
