Order confirmed
You receive a confirmation with your order number within minutes of placing the order.
Atelier quality check
Each piece is re-inspected, certified and hand-polished. Ready-to-ship jewellery takes 1–2 business days; made-to-order and bespoke pieces take 7–14 business days.
Insured dispatch
We ship via our vaulted courier partners with a tracking number sent to your email and account.
White-glove delivery
Delivery is ID and signature verified. Metro India 2–4 business days, rest of India 4–7 business days.

International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated by local customs.
Returns & exchanges

Email care@dreamauradiamonds.com or open your order in Account → Orders and request a return within 15 days of delivery.

We arrange a complimentary insured pickup, or share a prepaid label for international orders.

Our gemmologists verify the piece against its certificate, seals and original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of verification; exchanges are dispatched the same week.
What we cannot accept
- Engraved, resized or otherwise personalised pieces
- Bespoke and made-to-order commissions
- Pierced earrings once worn, for hygiene reasons
- Items returned without their certificate, box or tamper seal
- Damage caused by accident, alteration or third-party repairs
One complimentary resizing is included within 30 days of delivery on eligible rings. Eternity and tension-set designs may not be resizable.
